Westminster Consulting provides fee-only, independent consulting services to the fiduciaries of qualified plan and their plan committees. The goal of our Consulting Group is to assist those individuals in addressing their responsibility and controlling their liability with respect to the plan. The establishment and implementation of a prudent process to their decision-making activities is central to managing these responsibilities.

Consultants:
Sean D. Patton, AIF^® - Directs the QPCG and has earned the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary from the Center for Fiduciary Studies (in association with The University of Pittsburgh).

Thomas F. Zamiara, CIMA, AIFA^® - Attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst certification as well as attending the Accredited Investment Fiduciary program.

Tauber L. Emmings, Tauber began his investment career in 1987 with a national firm. There is great deal of pride involved in the number of his clients who have moved their assets and planning to the Westminster Group.

Messrs. Patton and Zamiara each have over 15 years experience in the financial services industry with major Wall Street firms and began consulting to qualified plans over five years ago. Their experience in this field, has gained them extensive knowledge of both regulatory issues and plan vendor choices.
